Does the RAM really only support up to 3200Mhz? My 5800X runs with 3600 RAMs. Is it worth upgrading at all?

This is the specified factory setting on the part of AMD, exactly the same as with the 5800X.
With XMP or manual settings, significantly more is possible. If 3600 Mhz is possible with the 5800X, then it is very likely that this will also be the case with the 5800X3D.

The upgrade is only worthwhile for the gaming performance, which can bring a decent performance increase especially in lower and medium resolutions.

The CPU does run with higher clocked RAM as the memory controller is the same as on the 5800X.
However, due to the large and very fast L3 cache, the clock speed (and timings) of the memory has little to no effect on the (gaming) performance.

The RAMs runs up to 3600 MHzs, then it stops and the RAMs is at the end. Unless you find another 200 MHzs, then the RAMs will run faster.

In German, you use the article das before RAM. This is because the word RAM is neutral. The correct form in the nominative case is therefore: das RAM.

RAM = Random Access Memory
