Does the reference to MultiSIM mean that the device supports 2 SIM cards? If so, can they be selected in the settings of the device so that they are not both running at the same time?

Helpful answer
Since I can't delete the question, I'll answer it myself:
MultiSIM is apparently just using the "adapters" if you want to use a nano-SIM. This is a bit misleading, as in many places "MultiSIM" also means "DualSIM".
