As you can see in the link above, HP motherboards only have one M.2 SSD socket (Key M). You can see it on the right edge of the picture. If there is not already an SSD in your computer, the answer to your question would be yes.

If the slot is already occupied, you still have the option of creating additional M.2 slots with a PCI plug-in card. Example: ICY BOX IB-PCI209
