Does this adapter also work for the Gopro Hero 7 Silver ?

To my knowledge this adapter was made for the GoPro 5, 6 & 7.My clarification has shown that it can also be used under the GoPro 8.

The USB C port of the GoPro is required. Does the GoPro Silver / White have such a port? Then this should also work from my point of view, but to be on the safe side you should ask GoPro. It could still be that the cheaper GoPro versions (Silver / White) do not support this adapter in terms of software.
