The PRO N610 IP DECT base station does not work reliably with Gigaset SL360HS handsets. Gigaset recommends that you only use PRO handsets with PRO base stations, as non-PRO handsets such as the S850 HX may lose the connection. The SL360HS belongs to the consumer series and is therefore not designed for use with PRO base stations such as the N610 IP PRO.
