does this cable fit asus tuf rtx 4090 oc? i would like to connect this cable to the gpu and to an existing gpu cable. because this strimer cable alone would be too short.

Yes, of course. These cables are always plugged between the connections. You have to lay it in such a way that as little of the
possible from the "old" cable.
