Operation works without WLAN, commissioning or adjustments to the settings require a PC or mobile phone. Data/video is stored on SD card. I have not yet tested how and with which software this can be read out. No live reports or retrieval of recordings without WLAN
Charging time 4-6 hours, lasts 4+ weeks with few recordings

Possible without problems, only for the installation it needs Internet and certainly so once a week to recharge.

I can only recommend it, the battery also lasts a long time

I also have a memory card, simply remove it daily/weekly and read out what has happened.
