Doesn't work properly for me, only 0.8Mbit/s in the speed test. When I insert the SIM into my smartphone, I have full speed. Is this a known problem? Is there a solution or do I have to return the device?

Sounds like the settings are not ok. APN, 4G or auto login, etc....
