Don't we need a 16amp wall socket to connect this power supply?

We asked the supplier about this and he replied: "You need a C19-T23 cable (max. 16 A) or a C19-T12 cable (max. 10 A), which is not included in the delivery".
The following model would normally fit: Steffen Adapter cable (1.50 m)
