For information: Also works on Sunrise connections. Sunrise can enter the MAC address. Stay persistent on the hotline, get connected to the technology and then the MAC address is entered without any problems and can be used on a Sunrise connection.

In my case, it worked via the Swisscom (sic) activation mask via NSN, not via the MAC as described here:

I got the NSN via the Sunrise hotline. Persistent' is a good keyword here.

Thank you. Does the MAC address have to be read from the support file or is it the one on the back of the box? And do you have to set fibre L3 or is that different depending on the connection (I'm in the city of Zurich)?
