good day. today I got the SEK 4500, it should be compatible with the TV UE55HU8580.unfortunately the cable does not fit from the TV to the control module, not even the new one:( support has already been contacted)...so no more just connecting it, anyone else having problems or telling me the right cable? Thanks

The SEK4500 is connected via HDMI. It is not a replacement for the old connection box but an update of it.
