A mobile hotspot from Swisscom is not a "public hotspot". In principle, this is no problem, the only question is whether your hotspot can manage a sufficiently fast connection - HD video needs quite a lot of speed. Apart from that, the camera also needs a lot of bandwidth (i.e. the few gigabytes that Swisscom includes are used up in no time). The Presence is constantly recording and therefore also constantly transmitting. Don't you have the option of booking WLAN via a fixed network or UPC? that's already available for relatively little money.

I think that's nice. Since the mobile phone hotspot is not for everyone in the area and you don't have to register with your mobile phone number or anything like that.
I would advise you to ask the manufacturer. :)
