Greetings, I'm looking for the 4 things that go on top and can be tightened with a screwdriver or by hand to lock the whole system. I don't even know the name of these, I'll call them screws. I have only managed to lose 2 of them.

The word you are looking for is knurled nut. Could be M3. Unfortunately I can't measure them.
But ask Arctic Support if they have any for you. You may well be able to get some there.
