Has Vava finally provided a statement as to why, years later, Vava still leaves its customers out in the cold and, according to other customers, has never delivered some of its products (see link)? Or why the products that were sent (in my opinion) did not correspond to the product promises (e.g. the promise that the batteries would last for a year)? Why should one trust such a company? Do you get any support at all for software and hardware problems? I was lucky and received one of these home cams much too late... but so far it has been a disappointment - and the software/firmware still has problems. It's a pity... it seems to me that new suppliers are not sufficiently screened on Digitec and if they are, I would be interested in the selection process.
