Does the board really only have 2 PCIE for the power supply ? 75 Watt MOBO + 2x 150 Watt PCIE = 375 Watt ? Even the air-cooled 3080 Asus draws up to 420 watts under OC, but with 3x PCIE...
@heavenblvd
Why more? 2 are enough loker! (more is mostly just marketing)

No, they don't need more, the cards that are so tight are just limited in OC. The cards will have higher peaks as reported by Igorslab, but that will only be a problem if your power supply can't deliver enough and it pushes the emergency stop in. Otherwise, the voltage peak is simply compensated by the 8-pin because it is only relatively short, your power supply also delivers more for such short moments.
My RTX 3090 (same model) draws up to 375W according to NVidia Shadowplay Performance Overlay. This is with 104% PL (max.), +120 MHz CClock and +1500 MHz mem clock. I wouldn't be surprised if it's even more in rare cases.
So the farmer has no competent source for hardware info.
