Hello all, have the x570 e gaming plus amd ryzen 9 5900x and the noktua cooler d15. tinkered everything together, the pc turns on but does not boot up and does not connect to the monitor. The cooler on the processor does not move either. What is the reason for this and what can I do? Thank you

Update: I have found out that I have to carry out a BIOS update. I have two questions:
The system does not boot up because of the outdated BIOS version. Does the fan not run because of this? First question
Second question, do I have to dismantle the processor again for the BIOS update?
