I have had the Synology for a week now. RAM expansion worked without any problems as well as the whole setup. Works and runs without problems.

The only big problem I have is that when I want to access the NAS from my PC which is connected via WLAN (SubDomain, not via the IP) I can't access it. This means that I can't use Bidwarden internally either.
When I access it from outside my home network, I have absolutely no problems.

I read that you need a back loop, but I have no idea if this is the case and if I have one. Is there another way?

What do you mean by 'subdomain'? Is it possible that your WIFI has a different subnet than your wired LAN? Can you access other things on the LAN? Maybe you have a feature on the router that prevents you from contacting anything else on your network besides the router (sometimes called AP Isolation). 

Have you tried accessing it via IP?
