I would like to use APs for two floors at home (planned AP-AC-LR) and supply them with PoE power. So far I have thought of the Toughswitch TS-5-POE. The US-8-60W says it has a router capability.
Does that mean I could use the standard router from UPC in bridge mode and do the routing via this switch? What would you recommend?

Where exactly do you see that this switch should have a "router capability"?
It certainly doesn't.
If you want a router from Ubiquiti with a connection to the UniFi controller, you would have to buy one of the USGs.
