Hello, can I combine this bolt with a SKhynix 8GB2Rx8 PC4-2133P-SE0-11 Rigel in my HP 250G notebook from 2016??? Thanks already

Hello,
I don't know the specifications of your notebook. If you have a second slot there and the specifications basically fit, you can use this memory rail, but I wouldn't recommend it!
You should never mix different brands and different sizes/specifications of RAM. Therefore, when updating, I would either use a large bar or two identical bars (from a set of 2 that are matched to each other).
