Hello Community I bought the Ledger Nano S with the assumption that there was no way I could return it (which makes sense for a hardware wallet). However, today I see that I can return this and that my Ledger is therefore possibly a returned product. In any case, I would have done a factory reset on this device to begin with. However, that's not enough, because the software may have been tampered with in some other way. I find it weak that I was now sold a product that I can't use because it may contain malware that someone installed and then returned the wallet. That someone has already written out the seed can be fixed with a factory reset, but there are far other risks with a returned product. Please be careful!
