Question about Synology DX517 Expansion Unit

Hello Digitec Community, Does anyone know if it is possible to set up a dedicated power schedule for the DX517 on the host DS? I really only want to use the 517 as a backup and therefore only start it once a week, make a programmed backup, then shut it down again automatically and leave the host DS (918+) running of course... LG And thx!

I have not noticed such a setting option in my setup (DS918+/DX517) so far.

Under "Hardware & Power > HDD Hibernation" there is an "Enable Deep Sleep to minimize power consumption for the expansion unit" setting. It should work with this setting. I have turned it off because I use my DX517 for TimeMachine backups (macOS) for several computers, so I have never tested it.
