Hello Digitec Team, can you possibly help me? My simple access points do not work with this switch (POE+). I have access point TL-WA1201. Everything works with the enclosed "power supply" boxes, but unfortunately no power comes out of the switch, and no POE LED lights up. LG Nico

Hi
Ports 1-4 should provide POE... the 5 I have connected to the gateway/router....
Are you sure the switch is ON? Cable to POE device in port 1-4 and in both devices correctly inside?
On the access point side in the correct port?
Power inside correctly? Plug in the socket and the small one correctly in the device?
Another cable tested?
If you have a meter and are not sure if the switch is on, measure the power supply...
I have had broken power supplies in the past.... but not yet with this product...
Test systematically... change one thing at a time and start with the power supply...
