Hello. Does the chip fit my ASUS ROG STRIX Z390E GAMING, ATX, LGA1151 motherboard? The Asus manual also says 14-1 TPM chip. When is the chip available? 31.01 seems a long time ago.

Yes, from the Asus TPM chip product website:
Designed with 14-1 pin and LPC interface

And your MB also has TPM 14-1

Unfortunately I have no idea about the delivery time. Maybe everyone wants to upgrade now because of Windows 11 ;)
