AVM FRITZ!repeater 3000 WLAN Mesh International / CH

Hello :) Does this also work with a Swisscombox? I don't have an RJ45 socket in my room and would like to use the Fritzbox for this. What download speed can I expect with a 200Mb line? Distance to the Swisscombox- 5m...only 2 wooden doors in between.
Swisscom also has various routers in use. In principle, the AVM 3000 works with a Swisscom box. However, I would use the repeater from Swisscom on an Internet Box 2 or the brand new Internet Box 3. The latest Swisscom repeater "WLAN-Box" already has Wi-Fi 6 integrated, offers more LAN connections than the AVM and costs a few francs less to buy. As far as bandwidth and reception are concerned, it is not the distance alone that determines the available bandwidth, but how many WLAN networks are already active in the vicinity and also use 5GHZ. A prediction would therefore be a lottery, as there are too many factors involved. https://www.swisscom.ch/de... The biggest advantage of the Swisscom solution is that all settings can be made via the Swisscom login.
Good day Becir
In my case, the repeater is connected to a FB 7490 via WLan at a similar distance as yours and thus achieves 300 MBit/s in the 2.4 GHz band and 1.3 GBit/s in the 5 Ghz band, i.e. faster than via GBit cable!
I don't know whether you want to connect the device to the Swisscom Box or an FB, but the speed should be in a similar range. Of course, it would be best if you set up a mesh network, then you can use the full power of the repeater and you will be amazed... I also don't know if the firmware of the Swisscom box supports this like the original AVM FB.
