Question about Corsair Vengeance
Hello, does this fit in an ASUS Zenbook UX52VS or do I rather need DDR3L ?
I always recommend that you follow the manufacturer's specifications. DDR3 may or may not work in DDR3L slots. Depending on the manufacturer, bios, etc...
As far as I know, the ASUS Zenbook UX52VS works with DDR3L, so I would recommend the following product: HyperX Impact (1x, 8GB, DDR3L-1600 (PC3-12800), SODIMM 204)
According to the Asus homepage (https://www.asus.com/ch-de...) you need DDR3 RAM. It is important to note that each format has its own socket! I would avoid mixing them at all costs.
