Hello everyone, as I am using this mainboard as the basis for my NAS brand self-built I still have a few questions. As far as I can see, 2x SATA ports can be used here and no more, which is a pity, min. 4x ports would have been good. Now I have the problem that it is difficult to find suitable SATA controllers for PCI Express x16. Does anyone have a tip on how I could solve the problem with the connections? I need at least 4x more SATA. Greetings Mike

Try nvme to Sata adapter. They usually have 6 ports. Since these will just forward lanes there shouldn't be any compatibility issues.

MSI MPG B650I EDGE WIFI or Gigabyte MB GBT AMD AM5 B650I AORUS ULTRA have 4 SATA ports. If you don't need a PCI-E gen5 port, this is perfect for you.
