Question about MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ventus 2X 12G OC
Hello everyone. Can I install this GK on an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 MHz, 4 core(s), 8 logic processor(s) or do I need a more modern PC?

I have installed the card in a 6 year old PC.
I don't know the exact specifications of my processor but the GK delivers what I expect.

The CPU contributes to the graphics card in each case, so it may well be that it reduces the performance of this GPU.
According to the data sheet, the CPU only has a maximum of PCI Express version 3, this graphics card supports up to version 4.
Theoretically it would work, but may not deliver full performance.
The CPU has an older socket, if you decide to change the CPU, the mainboard and probably the RAM will also be affected.
