ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-A GAMING WIFI

Hello everyone, I am currently narrowing down the error... I assembled a new PC in autumn 2023. The following components were installed: - ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-A GAMING WIFI - AMD 7900X3D - Kingston FURY Beast (2 x 32GB, 6000 MHz, DDR5-RAM, DIMM) - SAPPHIRE 7900XTX Nitro - I have 2x NVME SSD and 1 SATA SSD and 3x HDD Runs on Win 11 Now the problem I have at the moment is that the mouse lags sporadically, about 1 sec 3x freeze and this occurs somehow every 10 to 30 minutes. Sometimes more often. Strangely enough, however, as soon as I play Starfield, for example, or other games that I play in full screen, the freeze never occurs! With games that run in windowed mode, the freeze appears from time to time. On the task manager, I can see that the CPU is not really under load every 24 logical CPUs, but only at a brief peak that somehow lasts less than 1 second. I would like to discuss this with you and find the error. What I have already done or checked, but which unfortunately did not lead to success: - fTPM deactivated under UEFI - UEFI or BIOS updated to the latest version 7 Feb 2024 - Windows 11 completely reinstalled These are the points I researched on the Internet. My guess is fTPM... But since I had deactivated it once, but no success, I think the problem lies elsewhere :( Thanks for your help :)
Honestly, I have no idea what the problem could be... I replaced the same motherboard with the Gigabyte x670E Aorus Pro X.
After the change I had 5% better results in the 3D mark and 5MS less latency when gaming online...
The motherboard wasn't quite right for me from the start, as one screw thread was broken right from the start in an M.2 / NVME slot.
The quality of ASUS no longer seems to be what it used to be.
Possibly replace individual components to better localise the source of the fault.
