You can save a lot of money! So: do you really need a Blu-ray drive? You don't need any extra thermal paste. 600 is already enough for the power supply. For example, the Be quiet! Pure Power 10. Ryzen doesn't need a lot of cooling power, so a Be quiet! Pure is sufficient. I would recommend a Ryzen 1700 even without X, because there is not much difference between the 1700 and the 1800 except for the clock speed. That's why it's better to get a Ryzen 1700 and, for example, an MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon motherboard.
