Hello everyone , I ordered this board + 14600kf with power supply "Pure Power 11 700w". Now I have unfortunately seen too late that this board has 2x8 pin power connectors and the power supply but only one ! Will it work at all with only one connector and if so, without losses ? Would be very happy if someone has experience and hope not to have to change NT ... MfG Regina

Oh , that doesn't sound good - thanks for the info , as usually in this combination about 700w were recommended .... That said , I would still like to know if this second 8 pin power connector is optional on the Aorus z790 Elite AX .

Hi I can tell you from experience that the 14600KF draws a lot of power and therefore 700w is certainly not enough, I have a 1200w power supply, because the GK also wants power. Therefore I would not dare to run the system with less than a 1000w power supply.
