I did a quick google for you: This monitor does not have RGB/LED/Ambilight. You can see this most clearly on YouTube articles about this monitor.

Switch on the screen/monitor and LED is switched on! An LED monitor is a display that is illuminated by an electrical semiconductor element, so-called light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The LEDs are used either to illuminate the background or to generate image pixels.
