Hello, I am looking for additional ram for an HP Elitebook 840 G1 would this product fit? Thanks for any tips.

Salü also, generally the memory DDR3L 1600 MHz PC3L SODIMM RAM fits in the laptop. Since there are only two memory banks, more upgrades would not be possible. It is also advisable to always buy 2 of the same Ram, i.e. from the same manufacturer with the identical specifications. I also tend to buy higher-quality modules, since the RAM is in constant use and accounts for a good part of the performance. Or you can buy an 8GB module and upgrade later if necessary. However, 2X4GB generally run better. At least that's how it's always been up to now. Technology changes every day.
