Hello, I am somehow missing the information as to whether the product has a 12VHPWR connection or not. Or I can't see the wood for the trees. And does anyone have experience with the 12VHPWR regarding cable fire? Thanks in advance for your help!

There are different models of the WireView. The one you linked has two 12VHPWR connectors (male and female). As for the 4090 cablefires; just make sure it's properly seated into the GPU and the cables are properly seated into the WireView.

What causes the cards to draw too much power is when the cables aren't fully connected. Ideally the 8pin/12VHPWR cable(s) shouldn't be touching the sidepanel of your case at all. If you notice the sidepanel squishing against those GPU cables they might come lose to a point where as described, the card will draw too much power - more than the cables are rated for (600W), causing the connectors on the GPU to melt.

If you decide not to get the WireView, get at least an angle adapter (CableMod for example).
