Hello, I bought this monitor last week. I have 360 Hz, everything is OK, except that my image does not fill the display panel 100%. There is still a black border of 2 to 3 mm all around. Does anyone know how to remedy this?

This is a protective mechanism of OLED devices to counteract burn-in.

I have never seen this effect. I think you may have a defective unit.
