Thermaltake Sync Controller TT Premium Edition
Hello, I have a Gigabyte Z690 motherboard. According to Thermaltake, a 3-pin brigde cable should be connected. However, the motherboard does not have such a connection. Where and how do I connect the controller to the motherboard? Thank you very much.
Good day Kuschi
I have a Gigabyte board B550 Aorus Elite and the Thermaltake controller as a combination. The connection cable from Thermaltake to the board was a three PIN connector. There are 2, 5 volt addressable connectors on the board. However, the PIN socket is equipped with four PINs. However, only three of these PINs are actually connected to the board. I crimped myself a connector that had four pins and crimped the three cables from Thermaltake to the correct PINS.
Unfortunately I can't upload photos to show it clearly. (https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList...) In the link is the manual of the B550 board, there you can see exactly what I mean. Can you tell me which Z690 board you have exactly? Then maybe I can help you further.
Bridge cables are only needed if you want to connect two controllers together.
Required connection: 1x USb and 1x power to Molex and then of course each fan .....
