Hello, I have a Surface 7 pro. Unfortunately, the device does not work when I simply plug it in. Does anyone know if there is a way to operate it with the Surface 7? I have found and installed a driver, but without success.

The device only works with Thunderbolt. The connection is identical to USB C, but I'm afraid that the Surface doesn't support Thunderbolt.
