hello i have the following problem with the product. any wireless headset with a base does not work on my computer. the sound is great but the mic is always spinning. i tried the turtle beach elite 800 and astro a50 latest gen. and with both the same problem. the mic only recognises when i tap on it, sometimes. but when i talk it does not pick it up. so i can't use discord or teamspeak with these headsets. but with wired headsets everything works fine. but as soon as it has a base it doesn't work. so it can't be the headsets because i have tested several. i think it must be the mainboard or some setting. please help me i would be very grateful.

My Steelseries Arctis works without any problems. Probably your Teamspeak/Discord is simply selecting the wrong input channel or the voice activation is set incorrectly? Unlike the conventional analogue (aka wired) input, your USB base will register an additional sound card. This sounds like a Windows/driver/configuration problem.
