Question about Elgato Green Screen

Hello, I have the following question: I use the green screen for recordings with a hand puppet black and yellow / orange now a grey spot is always displayed at the nose where orange is what am I doing wrong? I don't think the lighting is the problem... anyone got a tip?

I think you should be able to solve this by calibrating the green of the screen on your camera or in the software. In Zoom, for example, the green can be calibrated so that other colours than the screen are completed. Ideally, the screen is evenly lit.
