Hello, remote control returned to Galaxies. Incompatible with the TV-Box Wingo and also Swisscom. Impossible to find an equivalent in the equipment mentioned in the settings. Too bad my Logitech Harmony remote at least had a learning mode 😊

If these steps do not help, it will be difficult.

1. the direct way: Bluetooth pairing
Since the URC 7985 is Bluetooth-enabled, you can try to pair it as a "Game Controller" or "Streaming Device" directly via the menu of the Swisscom Box:
Open the settings (cogwheel) on the Swisscom Box.
Go to TV Box > Pair remote control.
Set the One for All to pairing mode (via the One For All Advanced app on the smartphone). In the app, select "Add new device" and search for "Swisscom" or select a generic Bluetooth profile (such as Apple TV or Android TV) if Swisscom is not directly listed.

2. the infrared way (recommended for full stability)
The Swisscom boxes often do not respond reliably to standard infrared signals. If Bluetooth does not work smoothly, use infrared codes.
Code entry: Try the code 2271 or 2401 in the app.
Important for Box 5 & 21: These boxes often require a USB IR dongle kit from Swisscom in order to receive infrared signals properly. If your box is hidden in a cabinet, this IR receiver is mandatory anyway.

Swisscom Box 5 (IP2300): If you have the latest, small Box 5, Bluetooth pairing is often the only option without additional hardware (Y-cable + IR dongle).
