When you are on the product page and scroll down to the details, you will find a section "Additional product offered". The details are unfortunately in German, but basically the code will be sent to you by e-mail:
- Ordered up to and including 30.12, shipped on 31.12
- Ordered up to and including 12.01.20, shipped on 13.01.20
- Ordered until 30.01.20 and shipped on 31.01.20
