Hello, my AM4 board is completely missing the backplate and the plastic brackets that are supposed to hold the original cooler. Hence the question whether this cooler comes with everything that is necessary for mounting a cooler.

Hi, no. The backplate is usually included with the mainboard. If I remember correctly, mine didn't come with a backplate either.

Hello, the backplate is required in any case. All other necessary mounting parts (screws, spacer tubes and brackets)
for the radiator are included with the radiator. It is not possible to install the radiator without the backplate.
