Hello my question is if I can install 2 graphics cards that would be a Rtx 4070 super And a Pulse radeon rx 6700 xt

Should fit in terms of space, but I can't see the point. There is really no scenario where I would recommend this. Would make great use of the 4070. MFG

As far as I remember, X670E boards are characterised by the fact that they provide more and higher gen PCIe connections for SSDs and therefore only have one PCIe x16 port (the lowest is max x4 and goes through the chipset).
X670 boards may have a second x16 port and can address two GPUs with x8 directly through the CPU.
