Hello NAS Community, My general question about buying a NAS. We would like to buy a DS220J for me and my wife to automatically save the photos from our mobile phones to the NAS. The router (Salt Box) for internet and TV signal is in the living room. My Midi Tower PC is in another room (separated by a wall). Connection to the Internet via Wifi (802.11n). Powerline adapter as an alternative connection is out of the question. 1) Do I connect the NAS (via Rj45 cable) directly via the PC <-> NAS or 2) Do I connect the router (Salt Box) and the NAS via Rj45 directly in the living room. Can I then use the Synolgoy software on the PC to configure or operate the NAS via wifi/router? Thank you very much for any help. Thanks & greetings Venturas
