Hello, recently, if I put the volume higher than usual (say 25), at the end of a loud sound, I hear a rather annoying "tic" / "pop" sound in the bar and in the rears.(for example, if I open the Disney+ application on my apple tv, at the end of the intro music, this will happen, the same for netflix or the amazon prime video intro before a programme, such as The Boys). Do you have the same problem? (Thank you in advance if you take the time to answer me or even to test it!) I'm tired of this problem, which came up overnight.

Helpful answer

For test purposes, I gradually turned the volume up to 45 (both in normal TV mode and on Netflix). No strange "tick/pop noises" or other interference occurred. My old TV (no HDMI) is connected to the soundbar via an optical cable. Maybe you could try one of these cables. They don't cost much. My TV set is about 14 years old, but still works great. Unfortunately, I can't help you any more.

Hi, unfortunately I have another kind of problem: continuous audio interruptions!!! It has become a real nuisance!
Tired of this annoyance to say the least.

Good evening, no I don't have this problem either in the sound bar or in the rear, sorry I can't help you more.
