Hello, To receive the free battery, we need to have the projector no later than 30.10.23 because on the Samsung website, they ask for the serial number. Do you know if we will be delivered on time?

Samsung has just confirmed to me that you can/need to register the purchase before the deadline (30.10.23) anyway. You can leave the serial number field blank or insert a placeholder. Once you have the unit, you can submit the serial number later. They will supply us with goods as soon as possible.
