Hello together Can I make my approx. 5 year old PC fit with this graphics card for 2 monitors 27 inch 2560 x 1440 resolution ? The monitors work with the old PC but the resolution is not very clear. (Data old PC: core i5 4460 / 8 GBDDR3 / Nvida Geforce GT 705 1 GB / Win 10 from 8 upgrade 64bit) Thanks for the answer
