Question about Corsair Lighting Node Pro

Hello together I have a small problem with Corsair Lightning Node Pro. When I start the PC, two strips light up normally and I can also control them normally via iCue. However, the other two only light up partially and when I adjust something via iCue, only the first 3 LEDs on the strip react, the rest do not react at all. After a few minutes, however, everything works normally again and I can control everything via iCue. Is the controller supplied defective or has anyone had a similar problem?

Are you operating the LED strips via both connections or channels?
If so, try operating them all as a light chain.

In my case, the fan LED hub runs on channel 1 and the "light chain" on channel 2 without any problems.

If you still have problems, something could be defective...
