I can recommend the following products. The 128GB memory cards have the best price/performance ratio (price per GB) at the moment:
Sandisk Ultra SDXC U1 (64GB, Class 10)
Sandisk Ultra SDXC U1 (128GB, Class 10)

16 or 32 GB should be enough for 16MP... also RAW should not have such large data.
