Hello, would like to use the board for an i7 14700, is the BIOS up to date? Or do you have to bottle it yourself?

Better assume that you have to flash it. But that's no problem. Prepare and insert the USB stick, connect the power supply, press the flash button, wait 5 minutes and you're done. I had to do that too, it was super easy
