Hello Can I also make phone calls with the LTE-enabled tablet or can I only use it to access the internet while I am on the move? Thanks a lot

Yes, the tablet supports it, but the SIM card must also be able to do so (must not be "data only"). By the way, WhatsApp only works with a SIM card that has its own phone number.
